Returns and Refunds Policy

WHAT can be returned?

All items can be returned providing our return conditions are met. The item being returned must be intact and in its original packaging, not be damaged, used, altered or modified in any way as this will void the return agreement, unless otherwise required by law.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

Please return items to HWA Pty Ltd, 52-56 Derby St, Tullamarine VIC 3043.

HOW do customers return items?

Prior to any return, please contact the HWA Pty Ltd team via email to raise a product return query. Please include your name and phone number and one of our team will contact you to arrange return of the item. We offer exchange, credit or refund to the original payment card/method where these terms are met.

SHIPPING for returns. Are shipping costs refundable?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on shipping. The customer, in most cases, pays for the freight unless the item is:

CREDIT for returns.

Your return credit will be equal to the purchase price of the item less original shipping costs and selling fees (where charged).

Instore return option.

Items can be returned instore at 52-56 Derby St, Tullamarine VIC 3043. Please bring proof of purchase.

Packing materials. Do items need to be in original packaging for returns or refunds?

Yes. Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
